[For private bookings/area rentals/course bookings] Depending on the number of people and plan booked
Cancellations made 3 days prior to the reservation will incur a 30% charge, the day before a 50% charge, and same-day cancellations will incur a 100% charge.
*Please notify us at least 3 days in advance if you need to change the number of people in your party (5 or more people).
[For reservations for seating only] In case of cancellation without prior notice, a fee of 2,000 yen per person will be charged.
